Here's an update on the April 22 accident outside of Timber Grille: Christopher Couturier, 27, of 29 Salem St., Nashua, sustained serious head trauma as a result of an accident April 22 just after 1 a.m. in which his moped collided with the side of a building and or planter. Conflicting reports were made by witnesses to the accident, police said.  Couturier remains hospitalized in Boston. His injuries are not life-threatening, according to Nashua Police Lt. Michael Moushegian. As a result of the police investigation, Couturier is charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, a class B felony.
