Hudson Business Faces Liquor License Suspension

On the June 5 Liquor Commission Agenda:

Mobil On The Run, 82 Derry Road, Hudson, NH, for the following violation:  

Combination Off-Premises Beverage/Wine/Tobacco #3265947 licensed pursuant to  RSA 178:18/126-K:4. Cited for violation of RSA 179:5, I – served or sold alcoholic beverage to an underage person – three counts. 

Date of violations: April 20, 2012.  Case #: 12-143-OF.  

Recommendation: $1,500 administrative fine with $500 suspended for 12 months pending no like violation, four points assessed to the liquor license, the license to sell alcohol suspended for six days with two held in abeyance for twelve months pending no like violation commencing  June 11, 2013 with re-grant on June 15, 2013, mandatory attendance at a Management Training  Seminar (MTS) for all managers within 30 days of adjudication and mandatory attendance at a  Total Education In Alcohol Management (TEAM) seminar for all clerks within 30 days of  adjudication.
