Lowell Man Indicted On Nashua Strangulation, Knife Threat Charges: Superior Court Indictment Roundup
Thief indicted on new theft charge; couple accused of stealing tractor in Milford; robbery at Nordstrom; stalker faces new stalking charge.

NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the people listed below.
Patrick Adesanya, 35, of Methuen Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on second-degree assault-domestic violence and domestic violence charges, all felonies. He was accused of strangling and threatening an intimate partner with a knife on Sept. 3 in Nashua.
Erick Anderson, 49, of Concord, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Kohl’s in Nashua between Nov. 19 and Nov. 20, 2022. Twice before, according to the indictment, Anderson was convicted on theft charges in Hills South in January 2022 and Nashua District Court in July 2018.

Krystal Anderson, 30, of Route 103 in Sunapee, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Hudson on Nov. 7, 2024. Twice before, according to the indictment, Anderson was convicted on theft charges in Grafton Superior Court in April 2024 and Sullivan Superior Court in January 2024.
Kalif Brooks, 29, of no fixed address in Nashua, on robbery and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges, both felonies. He was accused of using force against a person at Nordstrom while stealing merchandise, striking the person more than once, according to the indictment on June 2 in Nashua. The drug charge was connected to an incident in Nashua on July 1. Previously, according to the indictment, Brooks was convicted on a control of premises charge in Hills South in February.

Jody Burtsell, 56, of Foster Square in Nashua, on a felony pistols & revolvers, convicted felons, charge, accused of possessing a switchblade in Merrimack on Aug. 21. Previously, according to the indictment, Burtsell was convicted in Hills South in November 2009.

Joel Pacheco, 33, of Harvard Street in Nashua, on a felony stalking charge. He was accused of contacting a protected party in Nashua on July 14. Previously, Pacheco was convicted of stalking in May.
Randy Lee Philbrick Jr., 42, and Elisabeta Philbrick, 38, both of North Adams Street in Manchester, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge each. They were accused of stealing a Kubota tractor owned by Chappell Tractor in Milford on May 8.
Christina Prevett, 55, of Preston Street in Hillsboro, on two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking, two counts of forgery, and six counts of identity fraud, all felonies. She was accused of defrauding others in Hudson in May 2018, October 2019, December 2019, and between August 2022 and January 2024.
Michael Renfrew, 36, of Deer Court in Littleton, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing a Coleman mini bike from another person in Hudson on Nov. 26, 2024. Twice before, according to the indictment, Renfrew was convicted of theft in Hills North in October 2016 and Derry District Court in August 2006.
Craig Riley, 52, of Lorraine Street in Hudson, on common nuisance and drug enterprise leader charges, both felonies. He conspired with Michelle Laroche, Marc Bujold, and-or others unknown and engaged in a profit scheme to sell and-or transport fentanyl in New Hampshire between March 25 and April 30 in Hudson, according to an indictment. Riley was also accused of using a home on Lorraine Street as a drug den.
