Man Allegedly Solicited Sex From Minor at Swimming Pool
Christian Vanderzwalmen is charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

A Nashua man was arrested June 4, charged with soliciting an underage male for sex.
Christian Vanderzwalmen, 51, 35 Congress St., Apt. 6, Nashua, was arrested at 11:15 p.m. by Nashua Police, charged with endangering the welfare of a child or incompetent, a class B felony.
At approximately 7 p.m. Nashua Police responded to the pool area at the Canterbury Apartments on Congress Street regarding information that an adult male had solicited an underage male for sex. The responding officers identified Vanderzwalmen as the adult male subject in question. The investigation was furthered by Detectives in the Youth Services Division. The subsequent investigation led to the arrest of Vanderzwalmen.

A Class B Felony is punishable by up to seven years in the New Hampshire State Prison, exclusive of fines. Vanderzwalmen was held overnight at the Nashua Police Department and will be arraigned at the 9th Circuit-District Division-Nashua Court on June 5, 2013.
