Man Charged in $6,000 Cologne Theft from Abercrombie & Fitch
Police say Andy Rodriguez took 112 bottles of cologne from the mall fashion store.

Andy Rodriguez , 39, of 17 Thornton Ave., Apt. #3, Lawrence, Mass., was arrested Sept. 16 on a warrant charging him with taking more than $6,000-worth of pricey cologne from a Pheasant Lane Mall store on two different occasions.
In November 2012, loss prevention from Abercrombie & Fitch reported two separate thefts. The first occurred on October 12, 2012 when 72 bottles of cologne with a total value of $3,888 were taken from the store. On October 30, 2012 a second theft occurred when 40 bottles of cologne were taken with a total value of $2,160. An investigation was initiated and as a result Rodriguez was identified as being responsible for the described thefts.
Rodriguez’s bail has been set at $ 10,000 cash or surety pending his arraignment at the 9th Circuit-District Division-Nashua Court on September 17, 2013.
