Man Charged in Hudson After Stealing Car in Windham
Sean Devaney was charged with stealing a car from Windham earlier today.
On Aug. 28 Hudson Police Department located a stolen Honda Ridgeline in the parking lot of Benson's. The Honda was reported stolen earlier by Windham Police.
Hudson noticed a man coming out of the trails onto Central Street who fit the description of a suspect in the car theft identified by Windham Police as Sean Devaney, 24, last known address in Windham.
Devaney was taken into custody and charged with receiving stolen property, a class A felony. Bail was set at $3,000 cash/surety. Devaney was unable to make bail and will be arraigned in the 9th Circuit Court on the 29.
