Man Wanted for Attempted Murder Arrested at Motel 6
Joseph Sullivan was wanted by Billerica, Mass., authorities on attempted murder and robbery charges.

One of two men wanted out of Massachusetts for a brutal attack and robbery at a Billerica Dunkin' Donuts last week was picked up by Nashua Police on April 9 at Motel 6.
Joseph Sullivan, 25, of 2 Progress Ave., Nashua, was charged as a fugitive from Justice.
Also arrested on similar charges was Nicholas Carter, 27, of Northwood, who was arrested April 9 by Northwood Police at an apartment in Northwood.

Both men face attempted murder and unarmed robbery charges.
According to Billerica Mass. Police Lt. Roy Frost, on April 4, 2013 at around 10:30 p.m. police responded to a robbery that had just occurred at Dunkin Donuts, 459 Boston Road, in Billerica.

Police say shortly after closing, two men forced their way into the restaurant while employees were still there. Two employees were seriously assaulted, after which the two allegedly stole an unspecified amount of cash.
Sullivan and Carter allegedly choked the coffee shop workers until they lost consciousness, according to Frost, then took an unspecified amount of cash and fled.
Following an intensive five-day investigation, Billerica Police issued warrants for the arrest of Sullivan and Carter as suspects in the incident.
On Tuesday, April 9, 2012, both men were arrested in New Hampshire and charged as fugitives from justice, and arraigned April 10. Both men have pleaded not guilty while awaiting extradition to Massachusetts.
No mug shot was immediately available of Nicholas Carter.
These charges are accusations and both men are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
