Nashua Couple Charged In Sears Thefts: Police

Nashua police said Fallon Peno and Kevin Dumont were arrested after stealing tools, boots and shoes from Sears.

NASHUA, NH -- A couple were arrested over the weekend after Nashua police said they stole tools, boots and shoes from the city's Sears. Kevin Dumont (at right), 31, and Fallon Peno (at left), 32, both with no fixed address, were charged with felony theft.

Nashua Police Lieutenant Craig Allard said the thefts happened Saturday afternoon. The couple fled the store in a vehicle but they located less than an hour later and taken into custody.

Dumont was also charged with falsifying evidence. The couple were released on bond pending an arraignment November 16 in Hillsborough County Superior Court.
