NASHUA, NH — The Nashua Fire Rescue Dive Team did extensive ice training at a local pond Monday. Thin ice throughout the state adds to the chances an ice rescue may be needed to save lives. The divers practiced finding other divers under the ice and safely bringing them to the surface. The Nashua Dive Team consists of 28 members and is one of the few dive teams which serves the state of New Hampshire.
