Nashua Firefighters Fighting Blaze On Mulberry Street
Nashua Firefighters arrived to smoke showing from a 2.5-story residence on Mulberry Street
NASHUA, NH — On September 21, 2020 at 8:52 pm Nashua Fire Rescue, AMR, and Nashua police responded to a reported fire on Mulberry Street in an occupied residence.
Firefighters arrived and reported smoke showing from a 2.5-story residence with the occupants out of the house. Fire crews immediately stretched two hose lines and began working on suppressing the fire.
While firefighters worked on the fire an AMR crew was summoned to check on one of the residents. The occupant was medically evaluated and refused medical treatment.

The fire was knocked down within 15 minutes, and smoke was ejected from the residence.
According to Deputy Chief Kevin Kerrigan there are 2 adults and 5 children who will be displaced due to the fire. The Red Cross was requested to the scene to assist the occupants.

The fire is under investigation by the Nashua Fire Marshal's Office.
No injuries were reported to the occupants or firefighters.
