Nashua Mom 'A Beam Of Sunshine,' Daughter's Rock And Best Friend

NASHUA, NH — Moms do so much for everyone around them. We try to celebrate them all year long, but Mother's Day is a perfect opportunity to shout it from the rooftops and post it on Patch: Mom rocks!

Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize the awesome moms and mom figures in communities like yours.

What makes your Mom extra special?

What makes my mom special is that she is selfless, loving, supportive, and just an overall beam of sunshine. No matter what she is going through personally, the wellbeing of those around her has always come first. There will never be enough words to tell her just how much I appreciate and love her. She has always been my rock, best friend, and biggest supporter. My mom Tracy deserves the world and more, and I am so proud to be her daughter.

Why do you feel your Mom deserves the spotlight?

From June to December last year she had many sudden health issues that put her in and out of the hospital for weeks on end. She has had to work so hard in order to get better, and is finally back to being her old self now that her strength has returned. I believe she often goes unrecognized for all she does, and hope this will help show her just how amazing she is.
