NASHUA, NH — The family of a local musician has set up a fundraising effort after he lost around $70,000 worth of instruments and recording equipment after a fire in Nashua on Tuesday morning.

Loretta Murray, the grandmother of Connor Coburn, set up a GoFundMe to help him replace some of the equipment after he spent the last 12 years building his studio. Drum kits, microphones, and computers were also lost, she said.

“This heartbreaking loss is especially difficult as Connor and his family lost their home to a fire in 2019,” she said. “Unfortunately, he will have many more blue tomorrows in the coming weeks.”

Murray noted the family was doing everything they could to support Connor, but could not do it alone. Any donation, she said, would bring him “one step closer to rebuilding his studio, piece by piece.”
