Nashua police said Shane Farnsworth was arrested after setting four fires across the city.

NASHUA, NH -- A Nashua man was arrested over the weekend after police said he set four fires across the city. Shane Farnsworth, 31, with no fixed address, was charged with felony arson. He was held without bail pending an arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court.
Farnsworth set the first fire Sunday sometime shortly before 9 p.m. in a pile of brush along Bridge Street, according to Nashua Police Captain James Testaverde. Farnsworth then set fire to dumpster on Amory Street, a motorcycle on Temple Street and a building on Crown Street, according to Testaverde. Firefighters extinguished all the fires and damage was "minimal," Testaverde said.
If convicted, Farnsworth faces a maximum prison sentence of 15 years.
