Nashua Police: Car Break-In Thief Nabbed
Nashua police said Adam Johnson was arrested on "third-strike" theft charges.

NASHUA, NH — A convicted Nashua thief was arrested again after breaking into vehicles, police announced Thursday. Adam Johnson, 31, was charged with two counts of theft (third-strike), mischief and loitering. Police said Johnson's criminal history includes two theft convictions, leading to the third-strike charge.
Nashua police Captain James Testaverde said Johnson broke into a vehicle in the area of Pine Hill Road and Coburn Avenue and stole a purse early Wednesday. Officers arrested Johnson at about 4:30 a.m. after residents called police and reported he was looking into vehicles, Testaverde said.
Johnson was also involved in another vehicle break-in February 26, according to Testaverde.
