Nashua Police Charge Man With Multiple Felony Charges

A man who had warrants was arrested by Nashua, NH Police and faces multiple additional charges

NASHUA,NH - On August 7, 2020 at approximately 3:31 p.m., members of the Nashua Police Department’s Uniform Field Operations Bureau arrested Justin Hall, age 30, of No Fixed Address, Nashua, New Hampshire for Possession of Schedule Drug; Heroin/Fentanyl; Subsequent Offense-Class A Felony, Possession of a Controlled Drug; Methamphetamine; Subsequent Offense- Class A Felony, and Theft by Unauthorized Taken or Transfer; 2 prior convictions-Class B Felony. Additionally, Hall had an outstanding Capias warrant issued for his arrest by Hillsborough County Superior Court-South for failing to appear for a previous Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer; 2 prior Convictions charge.

On August 7, 2020, uniform patrol officers investigated the report of a theft from a local business. Justin Hall was identified as the suspect, located, and subsequently placed under arrest. Detectives from the Nashua Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division furthered the investigation, discovering that Hall had at least two prior theft-related convictions and at least one prior drug-related offense. As a result, Hall was charged with enhanced penalties on each theft and drug-related offense.

A Class A Felony is punishable by up to fifteen (15) years of imprisonment, exclusive of fines. A Class B Felony is punishable by up to seven (7) years of imprisonment, exclusive of fines. Justin Hall refused bail and was held at the Hillsborough County Department of Corrections pending his arraignment on August 10th, 2020.
