Nashua Sex Offender Arrested

Conrad Caine, of Nashua, was convicted of sexual assault in 2005.

NASHUA, NH — A Nashua sex offender was arrested Thursday and accused of failing to register with police, authorities said. Conrad Caine, 47, was charged with duty to report, a felony.

In 2005, Caine was convicted of sexual assault in Hillsborough County Superior Court. He is required to register as a sex offender the rest of his life, based on the terms of the conviction.

In a statement, Nashua police Captain James Testaverde said Caine failed to complete his registration this year and was subsequently arrested.

Caine was released on $3,000 bond pending an arraignment March 8.
