Nashua Woman Stabbed Man Twice: Police
Nashua police said Courtney Ward was charged with felony first-degree assault after stabbing a man.

NASHUA, NH — A Nashua woman was arrested over the weekend after police said she stabbed a man twice. Courtney Ward, 21, was arrested Saturday afternoon and charged with two counts of felony first-degree assault (domestic violence-related), according to Nashua police Lieutenant Robert Page.
Page said officers were dispatched to a city hospital Saturday morning at about 7 a.m. for a report of an assault.
"Upon their arrival, they made contact with a male known to Ward who was suffering from two
non-life threatening stab wounds," Page said in a statement. "The victim reported that he sustained the injuries inside a Nashua residence, where Ward assaulted him."

The victim was treated for his injuries and released from the hospital, Page said.
Ward was held at the Hillsborough County Department of Corrections on $2,500 bail.
