Pair Charged with Credit Card Fraud, Burglary

James Diflaminies and Christie Raymond were arrested on warrants.

Christie Raymond, 35, of 11 Casco Drive, Apartment C, Nashua, and James Diflaminies, 27, of 10 Sunapee St., Nashua, were arrested April 4 in connection with a March residential burglary involving stolen credit cards.

Police said Raymond is charged with: criminal liability for conduct of another to burglary, a class B felony; and two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, class A misdemeanors. Diflaminies is charged with burglary, a class B felony; theft by unauthorized taking, a class A felony; receiving stolen property, consolidation, a class A felony; operating without financial responsibility, a class A misdemeanor; and operating after suspension (of license), violation.

Detectives assigned to the Burglary Unit furthered a residential burglary reported last month. Credit cards were among the items stolen from the reported burglary and subsequently used to make unauthorized purchases at several local businesses. Raymond and Diflaminies were identified as
suspects and warrants were issued for their arrests. Both were located while driving nearby one of their residences and arrested without incident during a motor vehicle stop.

Diflaminies was identified as the driver of the motor vehicle, and did not possess a valid driver’s license.

A class A felony is punishable by up to 15 years imprisonment, exclusive of fines. A class B felony is punishable by up to seven years imprisonment, exclusive of fines. A class A misdemeanor is punishable by up to one year imprisonment, exclusive of fines. Raymond was released on $1,000 cash or surety bail, pending her upcoming arraignment. Diflaminies is being held on a $10,000 cash or surety bail, pending arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Division Court.
