Aldermen pass legislation amending land use code relative to accessory dwelling units (inklink.news) — Nashua’s Board of Aldermen has updated the city’s land use code for accessory dwelling units to comply with new state rules, adjusting maximum sizes up to 980–1,200 square feet in some cases. 5. Darlene V. Donovan (nashuatelegraph.com) — Nashua is mourning the loss of lifelong resident Darlene V. Donovan, 69, who passed away on Dec. 20 after a battle with pneumonia. A Nashua High School graduate, she worked with several local organizations, including the Nashua Soup Kitchen & Shelter, and leaves behind children in Brookline and Nashua, as well as grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A private burial is planned at Woodlawn Cemetery in Nashua.
