Police: Man Shot at Parked Cars from Second-Floor Deck
Police say Colton Seymour was found hiding on the deck of his second-floor apartment.

Colton Seymour, 24, of 28 Hampshire Drive, Nashua, was arrested Sept. 19 after police say he was shooting at parked cars outside his apartment building from his second-floor balcony.
On September 19, 2013 at approximately 10:40 p.m., Nashua Police Department’s Uniform Field Operations Bureau received reports of a man shooting a gun in the area of 28 Hampshire Drive. Patrol officers found two vehicles outside of that address, which is an apartment building, with apparent damage consistent with being struck by a bullet.
Further investigation led to Seymour, who was hiding on his second floor apartment deck. Entry was made into the apartment and Seymour was taken into custody after a brief struggle. The firearm used in the incident was located.
Members of the Criminal Investigations Division followed up the incident and learned that Seymour had fired two rounds, from his deck, at the two parked vehicles. There was no one inside the vehicles at the time of the shooting.
He was charged with two counts of reckless conduct, a class B felony; and resisting arrest, a class A misdemeanor.
Seymour is being held at the Nashua Police Department on $ 7,500 cash bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in the 9th Circuit Court, Nashua District Division on September 21, 2013.
