Stolen Gun From Hudson, NH Recovered In Boston, MA
Boston Police executed a search warrant in Dorcester and arrested a subject on a warrant, he faces several other charges

BOSTON, MA - At about 3:30 PM on Friday, July 31, 2020, members of the Youth Violence Strike Force executed a search warrant and made a warrant arrest in the area of Woodville Street in Dorchester.
Boston Police say as a result of the search warrant, officers arrested Rafalin Stalin, 23-years-old, of Dorchester.
Officers recovered the following items during the search warrant, a Ruger P85 9mm firearm loaded with fifteen rounds of live ammunition inside of a high capacity magazine.

The firearm recovered had been reported stolen out of Hudson, NH according to Boston Police.
Stalin is expected to be arraigned in Dorchester District Court on charges of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Unlawful Possession of Ammunition, Unlawful Possession of a High Capacity Feeding Device, and Receiving Stolen Property for the stolen firearm from Hudson, NH.
Stalin was also arrested for the outstanding warrant out of Roxbury District Court for Carrying a Firearm without a License, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Unlawful Possession of Ammunition, and Discharging a Firearm within 500 Feet of a Building.
