Teen on Teen iPod Robbery at Busy City Intersection
Police charged Johnny Reyes with threatening bodily harm of victim, whose iPod was stolen.

Johnny Reyes, 17, of 30 Wason Ave., Nashua, was arrested March 12 by Nashua Police Youth Services Division, charged with robbery, a class B felony.
On March 5, 2013 at about 5:30 p.m. patrol officers followed up on a report of a robbery near the intersection of Central and Chestnut streets in which a 17 year-old male was robbed of an iPod by a suspect who had threatened the victim with bodily harm.
There was no indication of a weapon being shown, police said.

A subsequent investigation by Youth Services detectives revealed that Reyes was the person allegedly responsible for the robbery.
A class B relony is punishable by 3 ½ to 7 years imprisonment, exclusive of fines. Reyes is being held on $20,000 cash or surety bail pending his arraignment in the 9th Circuit Nashua District Division Court on March 13th, 2013.
