Waterfront Development Vote Tabled
Plans were officially unveiled before the Planning Board for the 228-unit waterfront development.
A full agenda, coupled with a weighty packet detailing a proposed riverfront development, meant the Planning Board adjourned before voting on the Bridge Street Master Plan during the April 11 meeting at City Hall.
The 7:30 p.m. meeting, which was creeping into the fifth hour, was called for darkness just before midnight.
James Vayo, assistant project manager for said following the meeting that the development represents the revitalization of Nashua's riverfront, and future of the city.

"Renaissance feels confident they have gone above and beyond to reach out and engage the public and looks forward to completion of the hearing process," Vayo said. "This development represents all the good efforts put forth to date, and into the future, which is bringing about a bright and exciting future for this neighborhood."
The project is a 228-unit development along waterfront property at 34-48 Bridge Street, and would also add a restaurant and public access to the river.
