Wisconsin Man Indicted On 15 Rape, Strangulation Charges: Hillsborough County Superior Court Indictments

Nashua mom accused of stabbing son; perp with priors indicted on Merrimack theft charges; woman indicted of stalking, grabbing at cop's gun.

NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the people listed below.

Christine Jones, 35, of no fixed address in Nashua, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, cocaine and fentanyl, charges. Reilly J. Lawn, 28, of Nelson Road in Harrisville, on criminal mischief, burglary, reckless conduct-deadly weapon, and two attempted first-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of burglarizing a dwelling on Fish Road in Temple, damaging a 2019 Honda CR-V by driving into it, and driving his vehicle in a dangerous manner that threatened two people on July 19.

Scott Lemere, 61, of Williams Street in Nashua, on two felony possession of a controlled drug-subsequent charges, crack cocaine and buprenorphine, on April 1 in Nashua. Read more about this case here: Nashua And Hudson Police Officers Roundup 14 On Various Drug And Other Charges

Ivano Lopes Correia, 43, of Chatham West Drive in Brockton, Massachusetts, on tampering with witnesses and informants and two second-degree assault charges, both felonies. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Aug. 2 and Aug. 6 in Nashua. Correia also attempted to get another person on Aug. 6 to not tell police he strangled the intimate partner, according to the indictment. Luis Lugo-Santiago, 41, of Flagstone Drive in Nashua, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Broad Street in Nashua on July 14, after the NH DMV deemed him a habitual offender in March 2019.

Kathleen Mclinden, 63, of David Drive in Nashua, on three stalking and two felony taking a firearm from a law enforcement officer charges. Twice, she attempted to grab a Nashua officer’s firearm on May 10, according to the indictments. Also on May 10, Mclinden was accused of communicating with protected parties, saying, “You can’t touch me, f------,” or words to that effect.

Kimberly Medolo, 49, of Congress Street in Nashua, on first-degree assault-domestic violence and criminal restraint charges, both felonies. She was accused of stabbing her son in the back and physically holding him down on Feb. 23 in Nashua. William R. Mejia-Delisle, 32, of Permimeter Road in Manchester, on theft by deception and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of stealing or possessing stolen products from Home Depot in Merrimack on Feb. 21 and from Polo Ralph Lauren in Merrimack on March 6.

Gerard Michaud, 81, of Main Street in Brookline, on a felony identity fraud charge. He was accused of creating a document bearing another person’s signature without that person’s permission on Nov. 8, 2024, in Brookline.

Travis Morgan, 43, of no fixed address in Nashua, on two felony criminal threatening charges. He was accused of pointing a pair of scissors, with blades pointed outward, toward a woman and a man on June 8 in Nashua.

Joseph Murphy, 37, of West Pardee Street in Wausau, Wisconsin, on second-degree assault and 14 aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner in Nashua on June 23 and repeatedly raping her between June 17 and June 23, according to the indictments.
