Woman Found Dead In Nashua Apartment Was Stabbed To Death
Police remained on Kinsley Street on Saturday investigating the homicide of Julie Graichen, 34. The autopsy showed she was stabbed to death.
NASHUA, NH — The NH Attorney General’s Office and Nashua police said on Saturday a woman was found dead in an apartment on Kinsley Street in Nashua.
Police established a crime scene and investigators on Friday only referred to it as a suspicious death. Friday night, a person from the New Hampshire Office of the Chief Medical Examiner was at the scene, and the body was removed several hours after being discovered.
Investigators remained at the scene overnight. On Saturday, the multi-unit building remained surrounded by crime scene tape. A parking lot to the right of the building and a vehicle on the street in front of the address were taped off. Residents and neighbors of the building were not allowed to have access to the vehicles.

An autopsy was performed on Saturday and it determined Julie Graichen, 34, died of a stab wound to the chest, and the death was classified as a homicide.
The attorney general's office said, at this point, the investigation into the circumstances surrounding Graichen’s death was active and ongoing.

Anyone with information regarding the incident or Graichen’s activities on Aug. 5, 2022, or on the days preceding her death is asked to report the information to the Nashua Crime Line at 603-589-1665.
The Kinsley Street homicide was the second one of the day in Nashua. Earlier in the day, 53 year-old-man was shot to death outside of the Sunoco station on Amherst Street.
