Woman Trapped Following Crash at JD Chasers

Jonathan Osborne of Hudson was charged with speeding and driving without a license.

A Lowell, Mass., woman was cut from the wreckage of her car following a two-car crash April 21 in the parking lot of JD Chasers in Hudson.

According to Hudson Police, at about 3:27 p.m. a crash was reported at the eatery, located at 2 Burnham Road, for a motor vehicle accident with entrapment.

Upon arrival, the Hudson Fire Department began working to extricate the front seat passenger of a 1992 Toyota Camry identified as Deborah Labrador, 48, of Lowell, MA. The driver was identified as Christopher Labrador, 42, of Lowell, MA.

The other motor vehicle involved in the crash was identified as a 2000 Ford Ranger, driven by Jonathan Osborne, 23, of Hudson.

At about 4 p.m., Deborah Labrador was removed from the wreckage and transported to Southern New Hampshire Medical Center in Nashua by Hudson Fire where she was to be treated for non-life threatening injuries. Christopher Labrador was also transported to SNHRMC, also with non-life threatening injuries.

An on scene investigation was conducted by the Hudson Police Department. It was determined that Christopher Labrador was traveling east out of the Merryfield Park parking lot and stopped to exit onto Ferry Street. At the same time, Jonathan Osborne was traveling east on Ferry Street, made a left turn into the parking lot of JD Chasers and collided with Labrador. The Labradors and Osborne were wearing seat belts and there was no air bag deployment. Osborne was issued a traffic citation for unreasonable speed and another for operating without a valid license.
