12 Busted for DWI, Drugs in Portsmouth Area

New Hampshire State Police Troop A made the following arrests between Dec. 6 and 19. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

• Joseph Dubanoski, 28, of Newfields, was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating after suspension on Interstate 95 in Greenland at 1:15 a.m. on Dec. 6.
• James Dubanoski, 25, of Newfields, was charged with possession of a controlled drug on Interstate 95 in Greenland at 1:15 a.m. on Dec. 6.
• Joshua Fields, 31, of Nottingham, was charged with unsworn falsification at the Rockingham County House of Corrections in Brentwood at 6:53 p.m. on Dec. 6.
• Lisa Brown, 44, of Rye, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Route 1 in Hampton at 10:30 p.m. on Dec. 6.
• Joel Walsh, 30, of Salem, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Spur Road in Seabrook at 11:40 p.m. on Dec. 6.
• Tammie Alamaraz-Drury, 46, of Rochester, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Route 16 in Rochester at 4:48 a.m. on Dec. 7.
  
• Dylan Pratt, 20, of Cape Neddick, Maine, was charged with driving while intoxicated and possession and transportation of a controlled drug on Interstate 95 in Portsmouth at 7:50 a.m. on Dec. 7
  
• Dustin Shane Farland, 19, of Raymond, was charged with possession and transportation of a controlled drug on Fremont Road in Raymond at 2 p.m. on Dec. 7.
• Daniel Fortin, 23, of Hopkinton, Mass., was charged with possession of a controlled drug on Interstate 95 in Greenland at 3 p.m. on Dec. 7.
• Matthew McGlashing, 23, of North Attleborough, Mass., was charged with possession of a controlled drug and open container on Interstate 95 in Seabrook at 4:55 on Dec. 7.
• Branden Carroll, 25, of Taunton, Mass., was charged with possession of a controlled drug and open container on Interstate 95 in Seabrook at 4:55 p.m. on Dec. 7.
• Joshua Lewis, 26, of Nashua, was charged with driving while intoxicated (subsequent offense) and transportation of a controlled drug on Route 101 in Brentwood at 2 a.m. on Dec. 8.
• Daniel Joseph-Patrice, 23, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was placed into protective custody on Lafayette Road in Hampton at 2:25 a.m. on Dec. 8.
• Luis Carlos Pires, 26, of Malden, Mass., was arrested on an immigration detainer on Route 16 in Dover at 8:58 a.m. on Dec. 8.
• Kevin Korzeniewski, 27, of Exeter, was charged with possession and transportation of a controlled drug on Interstate 95 in Greenland at 4:27 p.m. on Dec. 8.
• Richard Salomon, 30, of Leominster, Mass., was arrested on an outstanding in-state warrant at the Troop A barracks in Epping at 5:05 p.m. on Dec. 8.
• Amanda McCaughey, 29, of Hampton, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated on Interstate 95 in Greenland.
• Nancy Morley, 32, of Newmarket, was charged with disorderly conduct and possession of a prescription drug without a prescription on Exeter Road in Hampton at 2:42 a.m. on Dec. 9.
• Justin Morkey, 26, of Newmarket, was charged with disorderly conduct on Exeter Road in Hampton at 2:42 a.m. on Dec. 9.
• James Davis, 42, of Rochester, was charged with driving while intoxicated and conduct after an accident on Route 16 in Rochester at 1:43 p.m. on Dec. 9.
• Donald Goff, 35, of Biddeford, Maine, was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant on Interstate 95 in North Hampton at 1:09 p.m. on Dec. 10.
• Monika Lavigne, 34, of Old Orchard Beach, Maine, was charged with hindering apprehension on Interstate 95 in North Hampton at 1:09 p.m. on Dec. 10.
• Kasey Stefanelli, 22, of Dover, was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant on Hough Street in Dover at 10:30 p.m. on Dec. 10.
• Eric Assantha, 23, of Manchester, was charged with operating after suspension (subsequent offense) on Route 101 in Raymond at 1 a.m. on Dec. 10.
• Samantha Golliver, 19, of Raymond, was arrested on a warrant for vehicular assault in Raymond at 9 a.m. on Dec. 11.
• Josephne Cassenelli, 24, of Tewksbury, Mass., was charged with possession and transportation of a controlled drug on Interstate 95 in Greenland at 3:53 p.m. on Dec. 13.

• Hunter McMillen, 18, of Amherst, was charged with possession and transportation of a controlled drug on Interstate 95 in Greenland at 1 p.m. on Dec. 14.
• Eber Soto-Merida, 25, of Kittery, Maine, was arrested on an immigration detainer on Industrial Drive in Portsmouth at 1:10 a.m. on Dec. 17.
• Mauri Vidal-Ribeiro, 46, of Kittery, Maine, was arrested on an immigration detainer and charged with operating without a valid license and suspended registrations on Industrial Drive in Portsmouth at 1:10 a.m. on Dec. 17.
• Mario Rodriguez, 41, of Kittery, Maine, was arrested on an immigration detainer on Industrial Drive in Portsmouth at 1:10 a.m. on Dec. 17.
  
• Marcos De Azevedo, 30, of Portsmouth, was charged with obstructing governmental administration and disorderly conduct on Industrial Drive in Portsmouth at 1:10 a.m. on Dec. 17.
• Paul Tarakszuk, 43, of Georgetown, Mass., was charged with driving while intoxicated on Route 107 in Hampton Falls at 2:35 a.m. on Dec. 17.
• Nicholas Taylor Wagg, 21, of Concord, was charged with operating after suspension, misuse of plates and receiving stolen property on Route 101 in Candia at 3:52 p.m. on Dec. 19.
• Melvin McLemore, 28, of Katy, Texas, was charged with operating after suspension (subsequent offense) on Woodbury Avenue at 10:48 p.m. on Dec. 19.
