9 Arrested in Strafford County DWI Patrols

During DWI Saturation Patrols on Saturday, police stopped 155 vehicles and arrested nine people on various charges in the Strafford County.

CONCORD, NH — Nine people were arrested this weekend during the DWI saturated patrols conducted in the Strafford County. The patrols were conducted Saturday by members of State Police Troop A, and members of the Dover, Somersworth and Rochester police departments.

About 155 vehicles were stopped during the patrols. In addition to the nine arrests, police issued seven traffic citations, including those for operating after suspension and having open alcohol containers. One person was taken into protective custody. The following people were arrested:Sarah Barbara, 21, of Rochester, was charged with DWI. Sarah Duplessis, 20, of Sanford, Maine, was charged with aggravated DWI. Blaise Mubaka, 50, of Lynn, Massachusetts, was charged with aggravated DWI. Amy Cousins, 37, of Rochester, was charged with DWI. Mark Arabia, 41, of Rochester, was charged with prowling and possession of drugs, and was arrested on a receiving stolen property warrant. A 17-year-old female from Dover was charged with transporting alcohol by a minor. Stuart Schulman, 56, of Dover, was charged with operating after suspension and suspended registration. Kelly Lynn Nyberg, 31, of Rochester, was charged with operating without a valid license. Brandon Gay, 25, of Wakefield, was charged with resisting arrest.
