AG Gets Another Month to Indict Marriott Murder Suspect
Strafford County Superior Court judge approves motion to extend grand jury window for Seth Mazzaglia until end of February.

State prosecutors now have until the end of February to bring an indictment against a Dover man charged with the murder of University of New Hampshire student Elizabeth "Lizzi" Marriott after a Strafford County Superior Court judge granted their request.
Foster's Daily Democrat reported on Monday that the New Hampshire Attorney General's office now has an additional month to present its case against Seth Mazzaglia, 30, to a grand jury. The motion filed by Assistant Attorney General Peter Hinckley was granted on Jan. 2, according to the newspaper.
Mazzaglia was arrested in October and charged with Marriott's murder which authorities say occurred on Oct. 9 after the UNH student went to his apartment to visit a friend. Authorities also continue to search the Piscataqua River in Newington and Portsmouth for Marriott's body.
