Portsmouth Man Shot At Teen, Police Say
Portsmouth police said Mark Gray shot at a teenager who entered his house due to a miscommunication.

PORTSMOUTH, NH — A Portsmouth man was arrested after police said he shot at a teenager after the teen accidentally entered the man's home due to a miscommunication. Mary Gray, 44, was charged with two counts of reckless conduct and criminal threatening.
The shooting happened August 18 on Summer Street at about 3:30 a.m. Police said the teenager received an invitation via social media to attend a party but received the wrong address and instead entered Gray's house and awoke Gray and his girlfriend.
"The male juvenile fled from the home and entered his vehicle which was parked on Summer Street," Portsmouth police said in a statement. "The residents exited the home and encountered the male, where shots were fired upon the vehicle at the scene and as it fled from the area."
