City Boarding House Bomb Suspect Won't Stand Trial
The Union Leader reports that Nicholas Durling, 31, has been found incompetent following his indictment for creating a simulated explosive device last summer.

A Portsmouth man who created a simulated explosive device inside a city boarding house last summer has been found incompetent to stand trial in Rockingham County Superior Court.
The Union Leader reported on Friday morning that Nicholas Durling, 31, who formerly resided at the 21 Brewster St. boarding house, may be committed to the New Hampshire Hospital for four years unless prosecutors try to overturn an earlier probate court ruling. Durling was indicted by a Rockingham County grand jury in February for a felony of placement of simulated explosives.
