Chef Stephan Mayeux and his wife, Christine, will soon open the new Bridge Street Bistrot and Wine Bar, which is slated to open June 22. The owners plan to have an outdoor courtyard area with 10 seats. They will be able to serve beer, wine, and other alcoholic beverages. The owners said their new restaurant will continue to be a "small, chef-owned corner cafe serving modest down to earth food and wine." A farewell dinner for Cafe Mirabelle will be held Saturday. The restaurant has operated under that name for more than 20 years, <a href="https://www.facebook.com/pages/Cafe-Mirabelle/116311568396226" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">according to its Facebook page</a>.
