Sean Gaff, 34, of 102 Ledgewood Drive, Apt. 11, was charged with false imprisonment and obstructing report of a crime or injury.</li><li>At 10:52 a.m., police reported criminal mischief on State Street after the caller said her flower pots were knocked off of her porch.</li><li>At 4:24 p.m., police reported the theft of some change and an iPod on Codfish Corner Road.</li><li>At 4:35 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth woman on Marcy Street for stalking. Susan Marie Regan, 57, of 20 Dearborn St. was charged with stalking and default or breach of bail conditions.</li><li>At 5:05 p.m., police reported the theft of a wallet on Lafayette Road.</li><li>At 9:19 p.m., police took a walk in theft report of some cash that was stolen on Islington Street.</li></ul>
