Nancy Notis, a Portsmouth Regional Hospital spokesperson, said the baby girl was born at 9:43 a.m. to joy of her parents, Leonardo and Mollie Andrade of Seabrook. Notis said Felicia is the couple's first child. Congratulations to the Andrade family!
