With four and a half hours left in 2012, First Night 2013 revelers welcomed the new year with a dazzling array of fireworks over South Mill Pond on Monday night provided by Pro Portsmouth. Hundreds of New Year's Eve revelers cheered along Parrott Avenue as the grand finale burst over the pond in the cold winter air. What follows is a video of the fireworks display.
