2. Maggie Hassan to address Portsmouth Rotary: Democratic Gubernatorial candiate Maggie Hassan is scheduled to share details about her innovative plan to strengthen New Hampshire's economy when she speaks to the Portsmouth Rotary Club on Thursday at 12 noon.
3. Sustainability Committee meeting: The Mayor's Blue Ribbon Committee on Sustainable Practices will meet at City Hall at 6 p.m. in the City Manager's Conference Room.
