Here's How They Finished The Boston Marathon
21 Portsmouth runners participated in Monday's annual event.
On what was a much cooler day in the streets of Boston for the 117th annual Boston Marathon than a year ago, 21 Portsmouth runners completed the grueling 26.2-mile course by mid-Monday afternoon.
So far, results have been reported for 17 of the 21 Portsmouth runners and out of those 17 runners, Andrew Huebner finished with the best time of 02:27:41 followed by Josh Andrews, who finished the race with a time of 02:41:37. On the female Portsmouth runners side, Lauren Finelli finished with the best time of 03:20:58. Portsmouth Patch will post the results for the four other runners listed as soon as they become available.
