Homeless Man Charged with Gundalow Co. Beer Burglary
Portsmouth Police say Tim Dearborn also broke into Prescott Park Arts Festival storage shed and was wearing Willy Wonka sweatshirt.

Portsmouth Police arrested a homeless man after he broke into the Gundalow Company gift shop on Marcy Street and stole some beer and then broke into a Prescott Park Arts Festival storage shed and took a Willy Wonka sweatshirt.
Portsmouth Police Sgt. Rich Webb said a South End resident reported the Gundalow Company break in around 5 a.m. on Friday morning and police officers located Tim Dearborn, 28, of no fixed address, in Prescott Park. Webb said he was arrested without incident.
Police learned that Dearborn broke into the Gundalow Company gift shop to steal some of the bottles of beer that were on display in the gift shop.

Webb said the Prescott Park Arts Festival storage shed break in was reported around 7:30 a.m. Webb said Dearborn refused bail and will be arraigned in Portsmouth Circuit Court on Monday morning.
