Kittery, Maine Man Arrested on Drug, Alcohol Charges
Portsmouth Police supplied the following arrest information.

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Friday, Dec. 7 through Saturday, Dec. 8.
Friday:
- At 6:31 a.m., police reported the theft of a sweeper at a construction site on Constitution Avenue.
- At 8:36 a.m., police arrested a Rye man for motor vehicle offenses on Sagamore Avenue and Odiorne Point Road. John William Chase, 42, of 328 Washington Road in Rye was charged with suspended registration, driving after revocation or suspension, and failure to obey inspection requirements.
- At 1:26 p.m., police reported an animal call on South Street after the caller said there were four chickens loose in the road way.
- At 5:38 p.m., police reported criminal mischief on Lafayette Road after the caller said a motor vehicle drove through her front yard.
- At 5:54 p.m., police took a report of a rape - forcible sexual assault on Court Street from an Eliot, Maine woman who said her friend was sexually assaulted in the city.
- At 6:05 p.m., police arrested a Kittery, Maine man for drunken driving on Market Street and Russell Street. Steven H. Orr, 62, of 19 Leach Road in Kittery, Maine was charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated, possession of drugs in a motor vehicle, possession of controlled narcotic drugs, transporting alcoholic beverages and crossing a yellow line.

- At 12:45 a.m., police arrested a Portsmouth man on Middle Road for drunken driving. Michael David Damour, 60, of 74 Manor Drive in Portsmouth was charged with driving while intoxicated (second offense) and transporting alcoholic beverages.
- At 8:24 a.m., police arrested a Kittery, Maine man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after he turned himself in at the police station. Dwayne Stephen Wright, 52, of 30 Halstead St. in Kittery, Maine was wanted for theft or lost or mislaid property.
- At 11:30 a.m., police arrested an Epping woman who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after she was detained by Epping Police. Kathryn R. Wood, 25, of 23 Plummer Road in Epping was wanted for four counts of fraudulent use of a credit card.
- At 12:57 p.m., police arrested a Dover woman who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after she was detained by Dover Police. Julie M. Andrews, 41, of 508 Marthas Way, Apt. 7, in Dover was wanted for theft; all other.
- At 2:43 p.m., police arrested a York, Maine man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after he turned himself in at the police station. Mason T. Farrer, 21, of 1 Perkins Court in York, Maine was wanted for criminal liability for conduct of another.
- At 3:38 p.m., police reported a theft of $400 from a locked car on Lafayette Road.
- At 6:17 p.m., police arrested a Dover man in Market Square who was wanted as a fugitive from justice. Kevin J. Phillips, 28, of 615 Marthas Way in Dover was wanted for that offense.
- At 7:02 p.m., police reported a theft from a motor vehicle on Lafayette Road.
