Lynn, Mass., Man Arrested for Criminal Threatening, Reckless Conduct

Portsmouth Police supplied the following arrest information.

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Sunday, Dec. 16 through Tuesday, Dec 18.

Sunday:

  • At 10:41 a.m., police reported a theft on Wibird Street after the caller said someone stole some change from her car.
  • At 4:09 p.m., police reported a car versus a utility pole accident on Lafayette Road that did not result any in any injuries.

  • At 12:21 p.m., police reported criminal mischief on Gosling Road after the caller said a group of kids were throwing snow balls at cars.
  • At 3:16 p.m., police reported a theft on Wedgewood Road of $27 and a Chinese coin.
  • At 4:02 p.m., police arrested a Lynn, Mass., man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after he turned himself in at the police station. William O'Donnell III, 23, of 23 Sparhawk Road in Lynn, Mass., was wanted for criminal threatening (use of a deadly weapon), criminal threatening (intimidation), disorderly conduct and reckless conduct; placing another in danger.
  • At 7:56 p.m., police arrested a Lawrence, Mass., man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after he was detained by police in that community. Justin Saunders, 24, of 6 Fulton St., Apt. B, in Lawrence, Mass., was wanted for simple assault, second degree assault and on a bench warrant.

Tuesday:

  • At 2:44 a.m., police reported a dead deer on Banfield Road that was moved off to the side of the road.
