GREENLAND, NH — An armed robbery suspect in Maine was arrested on Interstate 95 in Greenland after a New Hampshire State Police chase.
Around 12:30 p.m., Troop A troopers were told by Maine State Police that they were chasing a robbery suspect, after an incident in Auburn, on I-95 south. Upon the vehicle crossing the state line into New Hampshire, it failed to stop for troopers here, too.
“The vehicle continued eluding troopers while driving in a reckless manner, driving the wrong way on the Interstate, and crossing the center median,” Lt. Keith Walker said. “Several attempts were made to stop the vehicle.”
