Man Faces Felony Charge for Theft of Perfume Bottles

Robert Albini of Portsmouth didn't pay for the 34 bottles of perfume he allegedly took from a local store.

Crime doesn't pay, and getting caught can stink – especially when it involves the theft of 34 bottles of perfume and cologne. This is what a Portsmouth man found out earlier this month.

On May 10 Nashua Police arrested Robert Albini, 26, of 121 Osprey Drive, Portsmouth, and charged him with unauthorized taking or transfer, a class A felony, due to the value of the perfume, which exceeded $1,500.

Albini was arrested at 34D Hampshire Drive, Nashua, at approximately 7:50 a.m.
