C, Somersworth was arrested on a warrant for default or breach of bail conditions.</li><li>1:11 p.m.: Motor vehicle accident, Route 1 Bypass.</li><li>2:21 p.m.: Shaun Ellis, 26, of 72 Beaver Road, Strafford, was arrested on a warrant and charged with theft.</li><li>2:26 p.m.: Marcia R. Sheldon, 41, of 8 Western Ave., Apt. 3, Dover was arrested on a warrant and charged with theft.</li><li>4:57 p.m.: A white Cadillac stolen out of Portland, ME was located on Joan Avenue in Portsmouth.</li><li>9:22 p.m.: A caller reported a male in the lobby area of an ATM on State Street lying on the floor.
