New Digs for Federal Cigar

Federal Cigar is retrofitting and renovating new space at 36 Market St. in Portsmouth.

The new store is mere steps from its current location at 22 Ladd St.

Federal Cigar's new shop will complement its fine and premium cigars and e-cigarettes and vapor devices, according to the ad in its front window.

Richard Cyr, owner, had a sign license request before the Portsmouth City Council on April 21, which will be for the projecting sign on an existing bracket.

As the attached photo of the building facade shows, this location was previously occupied by the Paper Patch.
