NH Teen Medflighted To Boston After Spaulding Turnpike Crash
A Somersworth driver was taken to Wentworth Hospital and then Brigham and Women's Hospital after rolling her SUV near Exit 9 on Wednesday.

DOVER, NH — A Somersworth teenager was taken to Boston after being injured in an SUV crash on the Spaulding Turnpike on Wednesday.
Around 4:45 p.m., New Hampshire State Police along with Dover police and fire and rescue teams were sent to the area of Exit 9 for a report of a crash. When they arrived, they found a 2004 Honda CR-V had rolled on the southbound side of the highway.
Madison A. Smith, 18, of Somersworth was the driver of the SUV and the only one inside, according to state police.

“She was ejected from her vehicle as a result of the crash,” said Lt. Keith Walker of Troop A.
Smith was taken to Wentworth Hospital in Dover and then, medflighted to Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston with “serious injuries sustained from the crash,” he said.
