NHFF Wins Some National Recognition
MovieMaker Magazine 2013 names New Hampshire Film Festival one of the "Top 50 Film Festivals Worth the Entry Fee."

The New Hampshire Film Festival's reputation as a leading showcase for independent filmmakers has been growing every year since it first started in 2000 and now the Portsmouth event has garnered some more national recognition.
According to the New Hampshire Film Festival's Facebook page, MovieMaker Magazine 2013 has named the NHFF one of the "Top 50 Film Festivals Worth the Entry Fee."
MovieMaker Magazine's 2013 list places the New Hampshire Film Festival in the 25- to 48th place worthy of the price of admission. "Come win a ten-pound, hand-carved granite Granny Award for your mantle," is what the magazine wrote about the NHFF.

The 2013 New Hampshire Film Festival is scheduled to take place on Oct. 17, 18, 19, and 20, according to the festival's website. In 2012, the festival screened more than 100 films from 30 countries.
