Out-of-Control Patient Arrested in Hospital ER

The following information was provided by the Portsmouth Police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Jan. 28

  • 6:38 a.m.: A theft of a GPS unit and change was reported from an unlocked vehicle on Osprey Drive.
  • 10:26 a.m.: Police received a report of a barking dog tied to a plow for an hour in 12-degree temperatures on Maplewood Avenue.
  • 10:58 a.m.: An injured goose was reported on Pleasant Point Drive.
  • 1:56 p.m.: A suspicious vehicle was reported on Lafayette Road.
  • 4:46 a.m.: Harrison P. Bryan, 25, of 10 Merrimac St., Apt. #8, Portsmouth was charged with criminal trespass. Police were called to the hospital emergency room for a report of an out-of-control patient in the waiting room.
  • 4:48 p.m.: A woman on Gosling Road called police because she wants his son's ex-girlfriend to return the son's PlayStation 3 console. The son is incarcerated at the Rockingham County Jail.
  • 5:37 p.m.: An accident was reported on Lincoln Avenue.
  • 5:46 p.m.: A 2-vehicle accident was reported on Middle Road.
  • 6:56 p.m.: A 2-vehicle accident was reported on Pease Boulevard.
  • 8:12 p.m.: A suspicious vehicle was reported on Cutts Street.
  • 9:16 p.m.: Suspicious activity was reported on Clough Drive.
  • 9:21 p.m.: The theft of an iPod and a pistol from two vehicles was reported on Blue Heron Drive.
