Parrott Avenue parking facility to be unveiled: City planners are scheduled to present a proposed Parrott Avenue parking facility and conceptual drawings to the city's Parking and Traffic Safety Committee at City Hall on Thursday at 8 a.m. The proposal calls for building a parking deck above the current lot.
