• Portsmouth sets aside $3M to jump-start third parking garage project (seacoastonline.com) — Portsmouth officials have committed an extra $3 million in parking revenues to jump-start planning for a third municipal garage, responding to high demand at existing facilities and new housing growth. The same capital plan also steers $14 million toward long-needed security and space upgrades at New Franklin Elementary School, after parents and staff pressed the city to address inequities with other schools. 
• 86 Seacoast football players receive all-state, all-conference honors (seacoastonline.com) — Portsmouth High football players are among 86 Seacoast athletes earning all-state and all-conference honors, with four Clippers on the Division I East first team and 11 more receiving honorable mention. They’re recognized alongside standout players from Exeter, Dover, Winnacunnet, Spaulding, and several Maine schools, highlighting a strong season for the region’s programs.
