When police talked with the teen's guardian, she told them the teen had "too many cervezas."
Outhouse reported in his affidavit the teenaged girl "seemed to be somewhat out of it, her body movements were abnormal and she claimed she had way too much to drink."
Outhouse also reported police learned from her guardian the teen had vomited several times after playing a card game called "River" and drinking beer at a residence on 31 Holiday Drive. During the investigation, court documents show that police interviewed another teenage juvenile who had been playing cards with the teenage girl, Senter and Robert Weichert. The juvenile told police there were open cans of partially consumed Natty Daddy beer in the freezer.
Outhouse's affidavit also reported that when police asked the teenage girl how much beer she had to drink, the teenager replied she drank two cans and one-third of another can of beer.
